When you visit our website we collect information about you, which we use to tailor and improve our content and increase the value of the ads you see on the site. Personal data
Personal data is any kind of information that can to some extent be attributed to you. When you use our website, we collect and process a range of such information. This happens, for example, when you access content, subscribe to our newsletter, take part in competitions or surveys, register as a user or subscriber, use other services, or make purchases via the website.
We typically collect and process the following types of information: A unique ID and technical information about your computer, tablet or mobile phone, your IP address, geographic location, and which pages you click on (interests). To the extent you give explicit consent and enter the information yourself, we also process: Name, phone number, email and address.
Security
We have implemented technical and organisational measures to prevent your information from being accidentally or unlawfully deleted, disclosed, lost, degraded, accessed by unauthorised persons, misused, or otherwise processed in violation of the law.
Purpose
The information is used to identify you as a user and show you the ads most likely to be relevant to you. It is also used to deliver the services you have requested, such as sending a newsletter. In addition, we use the information to optimise our services and content.
Retention period
Information is stored for the period permitted by law, and we delete it when it is no longer needed. The period depends on the nature of the information and the reason for storing it. It is therefore not possible to state a general timeframe for when information is deleted.
Disclosure of information
Data about your use of the website, which ads you receive and possibly click on, geographic location, gender and age segment, etc. is disclosed to third parties to the extent this information is known. You can see which third parties are involved in the “Cookies” section above. The information is used for ad targeting.
We also use a number of third parties for storage and processing of data. These process information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
Disclosure of personal data such as name and email etc. will only take place if you give consent. We only use processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection for your information.
AI note-taking — privacy policy
Who is responsible: Your call is recorded by Bonzer ApS / Bonzer AB / Bonzer AS, which is the data controller. Contact: contact@bonzer.io.
What we do: We use Fathom, an AI note-taker, to record and transcribe the meeting and generate a summary and action points. We collect the meeting’s audio and video, the transcription and summary, and basic information such as participants’ names, email addresses and meeting metadata.
Why & legal basis: To ensure accurate notes and follow-ups. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) in efficient and accurate record-keeping of business meetings. You may object at any time, and we will stop the recording.
Sharing & transfer: Processed by Fathom Video Inc. and its sub-processors in the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. A list of sub-processors is available on request.
Retention: 12 months, then deleted.
Your rights: Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. Contact contact@bonzer.io, or complain to your local data protection authority.
Access and complaints
You have the right to be informed which personal data we process about you. You may also object at any time to the use of information. You may withdraw your consent to processing of information about you. If the information processed about you is incorrect, you have the right to have it corrected or deleted.
