SEO workshops and training

Tailored workshops and training in SEO and AI search that build the skills into your own team – and let them stay there.

What an SEO workshop is

An SEO workshop with us is a tailored program with no recycled slides. Your team learns the craft from our 40+ specialists: reading search intent, structuring content properly, understanding the technology underneath, and working out how AI answers pick their sources. Usually as an add-on to a Baseline engagement, where we already know your site, your data and your market.

We do not believe in dependency as a business model. The more your team can handle themselves, the further the collaboration goes, and the sharper the questions you put to us. So we build the skills at your end instead of keeping them at ours.

Everything starts from your working week. We use your own pages, your own queries and your own competitors, so nobody has to go home and translate theory into practice afterwards. They can pick up the work the next morning.

Why it matters

Knowledge you rent disappears again. Knowledge you own keeps working.

Visibility is now decided across many surfaces: Google, ChatGPT, Copilot, Perplexity and AI Overviews. That turns internal understanding into a real advantage, because the decisions that shape visibility get made in the everyday: in the briefs, in the priorities, in the way a page gets built.

We have worked to that principle since 2017. A collaboration gets stronger when there are internal resources to draw on. Once your team can judge intent themselves, qualify content and read the data, no energy leaks into translation between agency and company. Then we spend the hours where they actually move something.

How we build the program

Built around your team, your site and your open tasks.

We start from where you are: who needs to be able to do what, which tasks are queued up, and where does the work stall today? That decides the themes, the depth and the format.

Then we design the sessions. The content team works on intent and content structure, the developers on crawling and the technical foundation, the leadership on strategy and prioritization. Same discipline, dosed differently.

Every session alternates between principles and hands-on work in your own tools and on your own site. Your team leaves each workshop with something that got better that day, and a method they can repeat without us.

What you get

What the team walks away with

A program built around your team and your site: sessions that use your own pages as the running examples, exercises in your own data, and material the team can look things up in long after the last session.

When it pays off most

Pays off most when the team is growing, or when the knowledge sits with too few.

You have hired, or are about to hire, content or SEO profiles, and you want them on a shared professional footing that matches your Baseline and the priorities it sets.

You are already executing, internally or in sprints with us, but the knowledge lives with one or two key people. A workshop spreads it, so the work does not stop when the calendar does.

What a program typically covers

Search intent and content structure is the natural starting point: how to read what people are actually looking for, and build pages that answer it better than the competition does, in search engines as well as in AI answers.

AI search as a craft: how ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews choose their sources, what entities and E-E-A-T mean in practice, and how to create content that both ranks and gets cited.

Technical understanding to whatever depth the team needs it: crawling, indexing and internal linking explained so content people and developers can discuss the same priorities without an interpreter.

Data and measurement: how to track visibility across classic search and the AI platforms, when a fluctuation calls for action, and when it calls for patience.

Process and tooling: how we organize the work ourselves, including how our own platform Morrison connects the content work with the results it produces, so you can shape your own process along the same lines.

The format we agree together: one intensive day, a program across several weeks, or fixed sessions running through your Baseline. What the strongest results in our cases have in common is an internal team playing an active part, and that is the effect a workshop sets off.
